Opening Ceremony Begins The event will begin and we will introduce the event. Then rules and prize rundown. Each sponsor can then give a short presentation. |

Theme Reveal Hackathon officially begins. |

Ending of Opening Ceremony Participants are free to start working and talk to sponsor representatives. Food arrives. |

Closing Ceremony Final scoring and winner selection. Event concludes. |
